5 Easy & Healthy Smoothie Recipes
I make smoothies 5-6 times per week because they are easy and I can pack them with vegetables to get my daily servings in. And…let’s be honest….my favorite part is the granola.
Here are a few of my favorite but TBH, I mostly just throw whatever I have in the blender and taste test after!
Chocolate Berry Smoothie
8oz Water/Splash of Non-dairy Milk
Organic Berries/Banana
Kale Stems/Carrot Shavings/Frozen Chopped Kale

4-5 Ice Cubes
Blue Lagoon Smoothie
6 oz Water/4 oz Non-dairy Milk
4-5 Ice Cubes
Organic Strawberries
1/4 of Avocado
Frozen Spinach
Spirulina Powder/Ground Flax Seed
Truvani Greens Protein/WellPath Renew Multi-Collagen Powder
Chocolate Coconut Dream Smoothie
9 oz Coconut Milk/Water
Banana/Kale Stems
1/4 Avocado
WellPath Chocolate Protein/WellPath Renew Collagen
Flax and Chia Seeds
5 Ice Cubes
Chocolate Banana Coffee Shake
8 oz of Water/4 oz of Non-dairy Milk
4-5 Ice Cubes
3 Tbsp of Cacao Powder (or use choc. protein powder)
1 Scoop Truvani Plant-based Vanilla Protein
1 Scoop WellPath RENEW Multi-collagen Powder
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/4 - 1/2 avocado
Use food scraps such as kale stems, cauliflower stems, etc.
1/4 cup frozen spinach + 1/2 Frozen banana
2 Tbsp of coffee grounds (from morning coffee)
