5 Easy & Healthy Smoothie Recipes

I make smoothies 5-6 times per week because they are easy and I can pack them with vegetables to get my daily servings in. And…let’s be honest….my favorite part is the granola.

Here are a few of my favorite but TBH, I mostly just throw whatever I have in the blender and taste test after!

Chocolate Banana Coffee Shake• 8oz of water/4 oz of non-dairy milk• 4-5 ice cubes• 3 Tbsp of Cacao Powder (or use choc. protein powder)• 1 scoop Truvani plant-based vanilla protein• 1 scoop WellPath RENEW Multi-Collagen powder• 1 Tbsp chia seeds• 1/4 - 1/2 avocado• Use food scraps such as kale stems, cauliflower stems, etc.• 1/4 cup frozen spinach• 2 Tbsp of coffee grounds (from morning coffee)• 1/2 Frozen banana
