June '24 - Our First Move & Mingle
Hosted in Margaret T. Hance park on a beautiful Saturday! We had wonderful local sponsors including Get Raw, Whish Beauty, Yerbae Energy, and Smell-n-Bomb.

July '24 - Move & Mingle
Our second Move & Mingle was hosted in Arcadia near Biltmore Fashion Park. We moved our bodies and then mingled at Chestnut Fine Foods & Provisions.

August '24 - Move & Mingle
Our third Move & Mingle helped us escape the Arizona heat by moving inside and then walking to True Food Kitchen and hanging with friends at the splash pad! It was super fun to continue seeing familiar faces at our events.

October '24 - Move & Mingle
The fourth and final Move & Mingle was hosted at Arizona Wilderness Brewing in Downtown Phoenix. It was a beautiful venue with even more beautiful community. Thank you to Agoge for providing protein samples and LMNT for keeping us hydrated!
